Dawn was very kind and understanding and allowed us to take all the time we needed to say Goodbye to my gentle boy Sailor. He was a wonderful cat and I miss him. I chose a sleeping black cat for his ashes from the collection Dawn has to choose from.

I would just like to say thank you to Dawn for the compassion she showed towards us and our beloved Sprocker Spaniel Lily yesterday. It was a comfort to know that we could take Lily on her final journey, she had been the best dog anyone could ever wish for. We will never forget the kindness shown to us by Dawn in our final moments with Lily. It made one of the hardest days of our lives a bit more bearable.

We sadly lost our beautiful baby girl Maisie due to a dog attack. Our baby was so much part of our family. Although we were devastated we knew we wanted her to have an individual cremation so that we could plant a rose bush over some of her ashes as a constant memory of the beautiful girl she was. We contact Tamar Valley Pet Cremations and they were absolutely brilliant and so kind to us. I was a blubbering wreck when we dropped Maisie off, but we were guided through everything. We chose a wicker pouch for some of Maisie’s ashes and a beautiful little bronze looking sleeping cat for the rest to go into. The whole process was so dignified and helped us to feel that Maisie was being treated with the dignity she was entitled to. We have two other fur babies and I hope and pray we will not need to use them again for as long as possible but if ever we do we would have no hesitation in phoning them straight away. Thank you so much for helping us in our grief.

Not sure quite what to say in thanks for your compassionate care after the death of our beautiful schnauzer Maisie. You were able to coordinate with us so that after she died we could have her home with us for one more night, bring her to you for your loving care and then home again with no restrictions on collecting her. She is now at peace with her companion Millie and we have the comfort of knowing she was beautifully cared for throughout this time. Thank you so much.
